How do employees access their policies?

Employees log in to their company portal using a unique company code. They can view all active policies, read each section, and confirm they have read it, directly in the browser on any device.

What happens when a policy is updated?

When you update a section, employees are notified by email and the section becomes outstanding again. Automated reminders follow up on your configured schedule. A full version history is maintained.

Can I see who has and has not read a policy?

Yes. The dashboard shows acknowledgement status per employee, per section, and per document, including exactly when they confirmed and when they were last notified.
