What is the Organisation module?

Do employees need a separate account?
Yes. Employees register using your unique company code and access their own portal to view policies, complete training, and see their history.
Can I use Policy Management and Training independently?
Yes. The tools are independent. Use one or both.
How are employees notified?
By email when a new policy is published or training is assigned. Automated reminders run on your configured schedule for any outstanding items.
What happens when a policy or training module is updated?
The updated item resets to outstanding for all assigned employees. They are notified and must confirm or complete it again. Previous records are retained.
Is there a full audit trail?
Yes. Every notification, acknowledgement, training attempt, and completion is logged with a timestamp. Viewable per employee from the company dashboard.
